About the apartment:
This stunning 120sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a secure residential Paris apartment building with coded entry access and an elevator. With beautiful parquet flooring, detailed crown molding and large French windows throughout, you are sure to feel comfortable and cozy in this flat. Accommodating up to six guests, it is the perfect retreat for a family or a group looking for a little extra space.
Upon entering, you are greeted with a large entryway. From here you have access to the living room and sitting area with high ceilings and gorgeous sofas. There is a giant flat-screen television with cable and a mix of French, English and foreign language channels for your enjoyment. The apartment also has a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. There is a dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a morning croissant from the boulangerie or a home cooked meal with fresh produce from the Rennes market located just up the street.
To the left, you will find the fully equipped modern kitchen with all the amenities of home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, teakettle and coffee maker. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can prepare meals in the comfort of your own home and benefit from the fresh produce sold at the nearby markets. In the kitchen, there is also a bar dining area if you wish to serve fresh meals at home.
The second and third bedrooms are located to the back of the flat. The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have quality double beds. The master bedroom faces an interior courtyard, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep and contains a shower and sink. The other two bedrooms have double glazed windows so you are sure to get a quiet night’s sleep. Upon arrival, you will find all of the beds neatly made and ready for you.
Next door to the second and third bedrooms lie the second bathroom, with a bathtub/shower combination. There is a separate WC in the apartment. Fresh towels, sheets and linens are provided for the start of your stay. Complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo and soap are also included with the rental. There is also a hair dryer for your convenience. The toilet is located in a separate room by the front door.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm weather be in the forecast.

About the 6th Arrondissement:
If you weren’t yet convinced to book from the apartment itself, just consider the property’s location on the border of the fun and playful St Germain and the prestigious 7th arrondissement. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to make a stop at Le Bon Marché and the Bon Epicerie during your stay, just 5 minutes walk from the flat!
Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The bustling St Germain lies at your feet as well, with the infamous Rue du Four lying less than 10 minutes from the flat. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Walk over to Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest.
With its close proximity to the metro stations Saint Placide (Line 4) and Rennes (Line 12), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. The Eiffel Tower and Invalides is just a mere 15 minute bus ride away! Just hop on the Metro to reach the Pantheon and Latin Quarter, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more!

– Check-out is by 12:00PM.
– Final cleaning fee: 100€
– Damage Deposit. A 400€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival
– Non Smoking.
– Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
– Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.
